With the goal to project impactful visuals that represented accurately the efficiency and utility of Navan's services,
we aimed to create a campaign that conveys a sense of relief & satisfaction using their services.
To emphasis this visually, we developed a concept centered around the feeling of instant relief, symbolizing how Navan alleviates the burden of travel logistics for its customers. This motif was carried throughout the visuals by showcasing items like travel itineraries, boarding passes, and office supplies, immediately 'floating' in the air after using Navan's services. The images depicted a carefree, relieved traveler, with the visual chaos of travel documentation removed from their immediate surroundings.

Working closely with Komunion Studios x Full Picture Productions, sets were developed based on our sourced references, ultimately helping us control certain variables of the campaign— from color pallette & layout to composition & pose. Shooting live models to help convey the real=life implication of Navan's services— whether in office, at the airport, or on the go.

Part of my role involved ensuring consistency across all visual formats, as the campaign’s digital visuals would sometimes appear side by side with static images. To achieve a seamless and cohesive look, I worked closely with our 3D artist to ensure that the floating objects and products were consistent across all versions of the campaign.
This involved integrating the 3D assets with 2D visuals and making sure they blended perfectly with the animated, moving visuals for video. My goal was to ensure that all floating objects, such as itineraries, pens, and office supplies, were accurately represented in both the static and animated versions of the visuals.
I utilized 3D software alongside 2D design tools to design, manipulate and place the floating elements in the scenes, making sure the scale, lighting, and texture were consistent in both formats. This attention to detail helped maintain a level of quality across all assets and ensured that the campaign’s visual integrity was upheld throughout.

To prepare for post-production, we shot each image on solid backgrounds to ease the editing process.
